Our Current Career Opportunities:

Sales Consultant facilitates the buying and selling of jewelry, diamonds, rare coins and precious metals to our valued customers. They strive to treat each customer as if they are our first, best and only customer. Successful consultants also help to educate customers and build lasting relationships based on trust, honesty and integrity. They need to remain updated with the latest information on the products they are buying and selling. Sales Consultants provide information on products and services and keep records of completed sales.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant’s major responsibilities are to:

  • Buy and sell gold, silver, jewelry, diamonds and coins from customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Complete required purchase and/or sales documentation
  • Use electronic tools to report business activity
  • Assist in the execution of merchandising and operational functions to company standards

Qualifications

  • Warm, friendly, positive and outgoing personality is a must
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good verbal and written communication skillsWork in a team friendly environment
  • Knowledge of Diamond quality evaluation a plus
  • Pass a Background Check
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, early evening, Saturdays and/or holidays based on store/company needs
